Q. What data does MentDoc have?

A. MentDoc stores data that either has been shared by an individual directly through the MentCom application or the data shared by Mental health Practitioners through the MentDoc Website. MentDoc never asks for data that is highly confidential and private to an individual, unless the severity of requirement of such data is very high and the data is submitted after the consent of the patient or doctor.

Q. I am a doctor using your MentDoc software, what kind of access do you have to my data stored in MentDoc?

A. We have access to your information related to your clinics, your patient information and any reports that are uploaded/sourced via the MentDoc platform. We adhere to strict data safety standards and you can be rest assured about the safety of your data.
